Tallyra Legal Document

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

Last Updated: August 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Tallyra, a personal expense tracking and budgeting application provided by Pixel Technology LLC ("Pixel Technology," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Tallyra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Personal Finance Tool

Tallyra is intended to help you record expenses, organize personal financial information, create budgets, and review information you enter. Tallyra is a recordkeeping and planning tool only.

Tallyra does not provide financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice. Information displayed by the app should not replace advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make using information recorded or displayed in Tallyra.

2. Your Data And Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of information you enter into Tallyra.

Tallyra does not require a Tallyra account. Spending records and related app data are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to a Tallyra backend. The Tallyra Privacy Policy describes the app's privacy practices and limited use of third-party and platform services.

You are responsible for protecting your device and for maintaining any backups or exports you need. Device failure, deletion, clearing app storage, uninstalling the app, operating-system behavior, failed backups, or your actions may result in loss of locally stored data.

Where available, Tallyra may let you export data in formats such as CSV, JSON, or other supported formats. You are responsible for protecting exported files and for the services, locations, or recipients with which you choose to store or share them.

3. Free And Pro Features

Tallyra may offer a free tier and optional Pro features. Pro access may be offered through subscriptions, lifetime purchases, or other purchase options displayed in the app or the applicable app store.

Available features, purchase options, and prices may vary by platform, region, app version, or store availability. We may add, modify, or discontinue features or purchase options, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

4. Subscriptions And Lifetime Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and managed by the applicable store. Unless canceled through that store before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically under the store terms shown when you purchase.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase for the applicable Tallyra product and platform associated with that purchase. It does not promise that every future product, separate app, platform, or service will be included. Lifetime access remains subject to these Terms, applicable law, and the rules and technical availability of the applicable app store.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Deleting Tallyra does not automatically cancel a subscription.

5. Refunds And Purchase Support

Apple or Google governs billing, cancellations, and refunds for purchases processed through its store. Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable store and are subject to that store's policies. Pixel Technology LLC does not receive your complete payment-card credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

7. Intellectual Property

Tallyra, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other original content, is owned by Pixel Technology LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Tallyra in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules. They do not transfer ownership of Tallyra or its intellectual property to you.

8. Availability And Changes

We work to keep Tallyra useful and reliable, but the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Tallyra will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or operating-system version, or suitable for every purpose.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the app. Where reasonably practical, material changes affecting paid functionality will be handled consistently with applicable law and app-store requirements.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Technology LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Tallyra. This includes loss of locally stored data, lost profits, business interruption, or decisions made using information in the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any liability that remains will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Third-Party And Platform Services

Tallyra may rely on services provided by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, your device operating system, or other providers for purchases, entitlement validation, app distribution, updates, notifications, exports, and related functionality. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services.

11. Termination

You may stop using Tallyra at any time. We may restrict access to app functionality where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, misuse, security threats, purchase fraud, or violations of these Terms. Rights and obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Tallyra, legal requirements, or business practices. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last-updated date. Your continued use of Tallyra after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state laws applicable to Pixel Technology LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Contact And Privacy
